Sunday, May 3rd Worship Service

Welcome to the online service of First Kingfisher United Methodist Church. We all suffer at different times in our lives, and sometimes our suffering is for the sake of Christ. Rev. Patrick McPherson will explore 1 Peter chapter 2 and share some insights on what we can glean from it.

Below are scriptures you can read with your children and activities to do with your kids which will support the lessons learned in the Children’s Sermon.

WELCOME TO OUR WORSHIP SERVICE

Welcome to the First Kingfisher UMC online worship service for Sunday, April 26th.  Today, Rev. Patrick McPherson will examine the encounter two disciples had with Jesus on the road to Emmaus, and what we can learn from it.

Sometimes, we get sad and overwhelmed by circumstances around us; but, God meets us where we are and walks through it with us.   He gives us hope and enables us to see things from a different perspective.

Sunday, April 19th Worship Service

WELCOME TO OUR WORSHIP SERVICE

Good morning, First Kingfisher United Methodist Church! We are so excited that you have chosen to join us this morning as we take a look at pragmatic faith. If you have ever struggled with doubts or know someone else who does, you won’t want to miss this sermon!

We are often unfair in our judgement of Thomas, and will see today why understanding his perspective is important for every believer.

Easter Sunday Service

WELCOME TO OUR EASTER SUNDAY SERVICE (starts at 10am)

Christ the Lord is Risen! He is risen indeed! Good Morning Kingfisher United Methodist Church we are so thrilled that you could join us for this Easter Sunday On-line Service!

This morning we go to the tomb and discover that it is empty! And the angel sitting upon the stone has proclaimed he is risen! We celebrate today the resurrection of our Lord and Savior and while we cannot celebrate together today in person, we are together in spirit, united by a common belief in the resurrection of Christ, a resurrection that redeems us all and takes us from death to life eternal.

Let us celebrate together for Christ is Risen indeed!

Sunday, April 5th Worship Service

WELCOME TO OUR PALM SUNDAY SERVICE

Thank you for joining us for First Kingfisher UMC’s Online Church- week 3 of the COVID 19 Quarantine. This week, Rev. Patrick McPherson is focusing on Palm Sunday. He will be connecting the celebration of the triumphant entry to Christ’s necessary sacrifice, which eventually resulted in his victorious resurrection.

If you would like to enable closed captioning/subtitles for the video, that will allow you to see the text as it is spoken or words are sang. It is especially nice during the scripture reading, and is simple to do. Simply go to the settings button (looks like a flower) on the bottom right of the video screen, click on “subtitles”, and then click on “English”.
